The service leadership master's degree curriculum consists of core, managerial, breadth, and specialization courses.
On Campus Experience
The Leadership and Managing Change course includes a three-day leadership residency at Saint Xavier University's Chicago Campus. During this residency, you will engage in a number of leadership development activities, including:
- Leadership assessment
- Team development, and
- Change implementation
The residency will be held on Friday through Sunday during the second half of the course.

BUSGR 507 - Leadership and Managing Change (3)
This course examines the effective management of people in organizational settings. The areas of individual behavior, informal and formal organization structure, and group dynamics will be related to leadership style and effectiveness in managing change. Students will critically examine and creatively solve problems of managing individuals and teams within organizations.
